Personal Professional Practise (PPP)

So our first PPP lecture was given by Bridget, it was to hopefully change the way you see yourself as in don't just see facts like 20years old, female, student, dark hair.
Use a language that actually helps people understand you better, not what you look like or how tall you are. That says nothing.

So we did a test, to be precise it was Myers Briggs Type indicator test which is four simple questions to find out who you really are.

Are you an Extrovert (E) or an Introvert (I)?
Do you use Sensing (S)  or Intuition (N)?
Do you use Thinking (T) or you Feelings (F)?
Do you use Judgement (J) or Perception (P)?

We were given situations where we had to chose what we'd do, then according to what we chose we'd be put into one of the 16 MBTI groups you see below.

We also had to draw out our life balances, like work relationships, family etc.
With 100 being the most satisfying.
Some areas could be improved but I'm quite happy overall,
heres my graph.

she also asked us to do the BBC Big personality test to get further information,
heres my big five personality traits and what they mean...
